Unfortunately, this product didn't work well. Huge echo and microphone didn't work unless you held it in the port. Returning in process.

Es pequeño de buen tamaño para para los niños, funciona bien pero el volumen es el problema ya que el mínimo está demasiado alto, no tiene la escala adecuada de volumen.

Very small but great quality!! It was the perfect size for my 5 yr old and has a long battery life. Love it!

I have to say the customer service is phenomenal!! The first machine I received had a crazy echo. I first called customer service about it to see if there is a way to remove the echo on my own, but I didn't receive an answer. I also emailed. Within an hour or less, I received a call from customer service and explained the issue that I was having with the echo. The rep told me he will check with his boss and get back to me. He got back to me in a timely manner and worked on sending me a new one right away. Once I received it, he followed up with me to see if I liked the new one before sending me a return label for the old one. It was much better. Of all the customer services I've been through regarding products I purchased, this is by far the best!! The machine itself has great sound quality, FM radio and I have to say it's super LOUD!! Which is a plus. The Bluetooth is also excellent and so is the microphone. I am very pleased.

For $15.00 it sounds Amazing. And works Great!
