Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set for Back/Neck Pain Relief and Muscle Relaxation

After using this several times in three weeks. the Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set has made no difference in my pain nor in muscle relaxation.I was surprised at the sharpness of the plastic nubs. I was fearful they would hurt to lay on or sit against. Surprisingly, they did not hurt in the least - however, without clothing they might.It is easy to re-roll and store.

It's not acupuncture, but it helps in a pinch

The mat and the pillow took some getting used to , but little by little it got easier. I didn't like that there were no directions at all in either of the two acupuncture sets :-( :-(

I worked in sitting position for half of my life. And 7 years ago I started feeling back pain. Every year more and more. I visited a lot of doctors: massage, orthopedic etc. It works but for couple day’s max. But this product is amazing!!! I used for 15 min and I feel myself like new! Today is third day I used and I’m happiest person in the world!

I get migraines and have some upper back issues so I thought this would be a great product to use when I can't get to my acupuncturist. The mat is great and not as ouchy as I expected- even without a shirt and just a sports bra on. But the pillow is way too high for those of us who are petite and have smaller heads. When I was using the product, it was fine but 20 minutes later, I started getting the worst migraine I've had in years. I wish the pillow was flatter. I would still recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a petite neck or head but it's a warning to those who do. I'll definitely use the mat again, it was awesome. But I will avoid the pillow from now on.
