Ok for one time use
These are ok, the course ones have a lot of spacing between the spurs on them and to be honest don't cut all the well and the fine ones are super fine cut, I was expecting the fine ones to be a little more course not quite as fine a cut, they are equal to finish sanding and they don't have a very uniform shape to them, if you plan on using them more them once get better ones

Small are good, big ones are cheap and dull in 5 minutes.
The small ones work well, and seem to be pretty sturdy. The larger ones, well... They went dull the first time I used them. if I could have separated these I would have just bought the smaller set and returned the large ones. Since it's a bundle I guess I overpaid for the small set.

The large files (coarse grit) are pretty good but the small files (fine grit) are not on all sides of files. It would be niceto have grit on all sides of files however the small files are comfortable for my big hands.

Rusted immediately
I used a few of these, rinsed them off, and dried them. I then put them upright in a container with a ton of other tools I use for my ceramic sculpture work. Two days later, they had rust on them.

not useful for wood
if they were any more expensive, i'd have demanded a refund. the burrs are too far apart to be anything useful.

Oak might be too hard
Experimented with them on a softer wood where they were easier to use but my project involved oak. They helped with some edges but generally I would not use them with oak. My Dremel worked better.

Low Quality Steel
There were not enough cutting edges on the tools themselves. Some did not have cutting edges on both sides. The cutting edges dulled within the first 3-4 swipes so the steel is either really low grade or not properly tempered. It felt more like iron, which is not intended to hold edges. I feel that I could have used sand paper and it would have been just as effective.

Decent quality
They worked great for the gunstock project I had. Minor fitting and filing to bed the blocks.

All the surfaces are not covered
I found that the heavy wood rasps were good for the removal of wood quickly but in my case for wood carving I found that the 10 piece riffler needle file set were not practicable as the file surface was only applied to the convex surface and the concave surface was smooth and was of no use for smoothing balls, grapes, eggs, or any round surfaces.

Work well
Large rasps can be hard to use because they are fairly short but if you use leather glove it's fine

Could be a better product
Barely any rasp teeth on the tips. It’ll do what you’d like it to do, but will take you longer with the sparse amount of teeth on the tools.
