Our cat Tommie was drinking from the pool all the time, so we decided to put an end to pool drinking and treated him with a detoxifier for a few months, to help his system restore. From all indication, this product seemed to help him. He was never tested,but animal owners know when their pets are no doing so well. We plan on giving him this now for a month or two each year moving forward. Animals need to detox too.

There original product was great. This is not. It tries to cover every possible maladay. In doing so, it is too much for the animal/person. I wish they would make the old remedy. It literally saved my cat's life. He lasted on that for three years after the vet gave him a week to live due to kidney failure.

I have used the "human version" of this same product for many years on my previous dogs when they got older and started drinking excessive amounts of water. Blood tests would usually reveal some kidney problem and rather than using the medication from the vet, I used this product. It always helped and removed the requirement for vet prescribed medication which often creates more problems than fixing the problem. I was happy to note recently that Amazon featured this same product for pets and bought it immediately for my current dog which started drinking water excessively recently. I started the Detoxifier on her and within a week she was back to her normal water consumption. I just love this product.
