I love this size of shower head. It's like a heavy rain. So easy to install and use! Really feels awesome and works so smooth and simple to change from handheld to main shower. Will be buying more to use for other showers ... Great deal!!!

I had to wait to have this installed so I am out of my return window. Part of it was broken at the base, it sprays water everywhere and will not stay in place.

Product received looks like the picture.. we love how it extends the shower head away from the wall for our stand up shower.. the only reason for 4 stars is it does leak. Threading tape was provided but it was junky. Once we used good threading tape it minimized the issue.

This is a really huge shower head. It took a while to get used to it honestly because it feels like so much water is pouring down on you. If you have a small shower this might be way too big.

The Rainfall shower was easy to install. The extension CAN NOT supports the 12" shower head. I have tried positioning the extension and shower head in different positions but the weight of the shower is too heavy for the extension arm. It would fall straight down from any position. Also the flex hose for the handheld shower wand began to come apart and the internal hose popped. The handheld came totally unusable.

Huge coverage area, gentle rain from overhead, and lots of pressure from handheld. Hose is extra long as well. Would buy again.

I really like this shower system. the sticker are very strong. All is perfect.

At first, we were very happy with our new shower head.The materiel is cheap and light but still look good when we first installed it.After couple months, some black spots appears. Those spots just get bigger over time and it looks like our shower head is not sealed properly so small amount of water can leaks and leave rust path.I really would like a refund or a replacement shower head.It looks horrible like this.

Nice product once you get all the leaks to stop. My fault though for not using enough teflon to start with. Once I re tefloned and re tightened it was perfect!

I only give 3 stars because customer service is non-existent. The shower kit itself is a decent buy. It is made of powder coated metal with a respectable finish. Good flow to the shower head but I didn't use the extension arm. Seems it would restrict water flow. My problem was minor, the adhesive for the hand held shower head was minus adhesive. I tried to contact them and got absolutely no response. Amazon gets 5 stars for helping me rectify this minor situation. They really do a great job helping their customers
