KUFFIE 20 oz Tumbler, Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Tumbler Cup with Double Wall Insulation and Clear Sliding Spill Proof Lid

When I first got this mug I didn't like it very much. I think I had my expectations set too high. But after having it for a couple of months, it's become one of my favorite travel mugs. I work on school busses and so my mornings start very early in cold Colorado. Needless to say, this mug gets used almost every day. It is large enough that I have enough coffee for my commute and for a good part of the morning. I would say that it keeps the coffee HOT for 3 hours and warm for 5-6.The only thing I don't like about it is the lid. It is nice to drink out of, but it's not spill proof. If it gets knocked over on the work table I always have a mess to clean up. If it was truly spill proof it would have 5 stars.

I received another brand of an insulated tumbler as a gift and after a week of use I dropped it and the plastic lid shattered like glass. This tumbler was a good price. I use it for water only and I'm very pleased with the way this tumbler keeps the water cool all day (even without ice) yet the outside of the tumbler doesn't sweat. It is a little wide at the bottom making it hard for me to wrap my hand around it comfortably. I find that to be an extremely minor issue though. I haven't dropped this one yet, we'll see how it holds up after I do.

This mug is astonishing! I use this mug to supply me with fresh cold water at nite. As usual, the first time I used it I loaded it with ice and then added water. Mistake. The ice simply did not melt and I ran out of water quickly! If you want nice cold water for about 8 hours, add 6 cubes, and then fill it with water and you are all set! I am going to be ordering another one for my hubby.

This cup really keeps drinks hot or cold for several hours. I like that the spout can slide open or closed. The only negative is it is not totally leak proof. If you knock it over the lid stays in place but you get some liquid that seeps out.

UPDATE: I am updating my review and changing my rating to one star due to extremely poor customer service from this seller. When I contacted them to request a replacement lid, I was told to contact Amazon. Sorry - I don't want a refund - I simply wanted the defective lid to be replaced. Amazon isn't going to do that. The seller can - but won't - which is completely unacceptable! You either stand behind your product or you don't and, apparently, Howloo doesn't.I love the size of this tumbler. It is perfect for coffee and fits the cup holder in my small car better than the 30 ounce. However, it doesn't keep hot coffee even luke warm. I have a 24 mile drive to work and fill it with fresh, steaming hot coffee right before I leave. By the time I get to the office (25-30 minutes), my coffee is luke warm - at best.I haven't tried this for cold beverages yet. It may yield better results. But if you're looking for something to keep your coffee hot (not warm), this tumbler does not work.

Look good on design, I purchased it for my husband. He is using it everyday, it is good in size and price. Specially the cover have a closing switch.Have not test with carrying it outdoor. Thanks for fast shipping too.

Keeps my coffee hot in the car for the couple of hours of sipping that I do while driving in the morning. The lid with its sliding seal holds the heat longer while ensuring that no coffee splashes out on rough roads or hard braking. No handle means that it fits more cup holders, and that your coffee doesn't fight with your buddy's for holder space. It's all good, and the low price is outstanding.

After a couple days use this tumbler seems to be a good product for the money. Keeps beverages hot as I would expect.
