Fantastic item
I love it.not been able to get to a steam room & this has surpassed my expectations.Definitely recommend.Appears to be excellent quality.First week of usage.

Not user friendly
The product was purchased as a gift for my Mum, and I set it up - the time display isn't clear and is shown beside the "gear", so it took me a while to realise you had to ignore the last digit, to know how long the timer is. The last straw was the unit blew out the electrics twice. This was very annoying as I was inconvenienced in having to reset the other appliances, such as tv/wifi, etc!!
