Look elsewhere
CCTV arrived set up in customers house only to find I’d been sold a used NVR! Had to remove the whole system as its password locked, Hikvision won’t help recovery if bought on Amazon. 5 hours wasted!! Not happy, I did return and quickly got a refund inc my postage. I’d look to buy elsewhere
