I wanted the floss in the plastic container but it arrived in soft pack containers.

I used to use a different product. My dentist recommended this floss and it works so much better for me, it glides smoothly.

We really like Dr Tung's floss and my dental hygienist highly recommended it. However, we really preferred the plastic dispenser vs the new cardboard one. It's great that the company is trying to be environmentally friendly (though the small amount of plastic involved seems like it would hardly make a difference IMO), but the new cardboard package is hard to pull the floss out of, and the cutter was too tight to get the floss into. After a bit of "repair" work I got it to work OK but kind of a bother. Maybe we just got a bad unit and hopefully they'll make improvements to the packaging going forward. We'll see. Anyway, the floss itself is highly recommended.

I've been using Dr. Tung's floss for a few years. Imagine my surprise when my order came without the plastic container to cut the floss. The product does not seem to work as well as the original floss. I re-ordered floss specifically NOT requesting the plastic free packaging, but I received the same ones I was unhappy with. I returned the order.
