You cannot operate with a cooler barrel floating in the air, the pot still vibrate when it reach normal temperature, looks like an earthquake.I asked customer service to change the damaged part and they told me "It can be restored by pressing the cooling barrel with your hand."Obviously it did not restored anything. what a jokeI asked refund
