Renewed faith in product!
Update to review from July 2020:A GINT customer service representative contacted me after my disappointing post in July. They wanted to renew my faith in GINT, so they sent me another thermos. The product works very well. Keeps coffee hot. The seal at the top rim is solid - no leaks. I really appreciate their efforts, their belief in their products and the time they took to ensure our satisfaction. Thank you GINT!Old review: Coffee fills in top seal when pouring. Seal does not look solid all the way around. Coffee dribbles down the side of thermos when pouring. Coffee does not stay hot for 12 hours, even when preheated, it's more like 2 hours.
