Nice pitha and gud
Chushi pithe is uniform in shape and texture. Made excellent yummy chushi paayesh out of it. Patali gud also had nice taste but is mild I think as compared to traditional gud. I must say this Poush parbon menu maker halped me make nice quick delicacies.

It is sold at a rate of Rs.5,50,000/= per kg. but it should be Rs.5,50,000,00/= per Kg, then it will become thepremium eating product in this Universe.

Fake Patali Gur
In all my years, I have been enjoying Kolkata Patali Gur. However, this gur is completely Fake. Its just crystalized Sugar with regular Gur. There is no Smell or Taste of Date Palm Gur at all !! also the texture is very crystalline - where as actual patali Gur is smooth.probably someone who is trying to make a quick buck during these times..
