Spice is fresh but small in size
As far as I remember my mom used to purchase bigger size...... anyway I got the chance to add this celery in saute purpose due Urban platter ☺️....so I am thankful to you and Amazon too🙏. I find it okay 👍.

great for making your own celery salt
I bought this in the hopes of making my own celery salt refill. I had bought and finished a whole bottle of sprig celery salt (the glass grinder bottle) and I couldnt find a sprig refill so I bought this and it works really well. toast quarter cup of this lightly on a pan till it releases aroma and add to half cup of sea salt (1 part celery seed : 2 parts salt) and mix it up and refill your sprig celery salt jar. its really good!
