The stand not stable

I love that everything can be packed compactly into such a small portable case. It easily fits in my backpack or handbag. Great for on-the-go filming.The tripod is sturdy and high quality. It extends a good length without being flimsy, and has a nice balance to it that helps it feel stable when being held. The remote is responsive too with little delay and no breakups in connection between it and my phone.The mic picks up noise easily, so it doesn't isolate voices, which can be a bit of a mess when filming in a crowded area. But, most audio editing software can easily fix this.The light is bright and helps so much when it's dark outdoors. It isn't so close to the phone stand that it blinds my eyes when I'm looking at the camera, though it does tend to leave an odd square reflection on my glasses.A very useful and quality kit for both filming and photography. The media could not be loaded.  This is certainly a vlogger’s starter pack but I do believe the asking price is slightly steep. The quality off the items is very premium, partnered up with the carry case you have everything you need to get out and filming on your own without a camera crew.Extendable tripod -The extendable tripod is quite universal with all phone devices along with being very versatile in how you can use it. The build quality isn’t half bad. Having the most of the core components being made off metal means it is quite robust and likely to be able to take some excessive usage. You are able to set this up in a range of viewing angles as well as having it in selfie volt mode. No need for a tripodLightThe mini attachable light slides on and off with ease and makes for a great addition to ensure your face is evenly lit for videos. To capture a good quality video sometimes light is essential. There is a nice little shoe horn on the top of the light to enable you to attach the quirky little mic. There is a few functions in tier of how you an have the light. You can control the brightness but you can also toggle through the colour modes to get one that suits your current situation. Its quite a cheap feeling light but its a nice addition to the pack.The micThe mic looks pretty cool and simply connects to your phone using the headphone/microphone socket. If you are on i newer Phone you will need an adapter to bridge this connection. Nevertheless the sound quality is surprisingly good. It is certainly better than that of what you’d get from the inbuilt mic on your phone. Its just a simple way of adding some professionalism to your work.There is a small remote that comes with the pack too and this connects up wirelessly to your phone. I can’t really see people utilising this much as the hobbit to begin recording on our phone is pertly by touch. It odes come in handy if you want to set your phone up further away on the tripod and then take a family photo whilst holding the remote. Apart from that, it’s pointless.All in all the pack is slightly overpriced for my liking but you do get everything you need to take your self recording sessions to a whole new level. Not to mention you’re able to achieve a much more professional level of videography as you’re minimising the need for a second person to help you out with holding the camera and sound. I think it is a great investment for someone who can make use of it.

If you're looking for a one-stop shop containing all the bits and pieces to get up and running as a smartphone content creator, this is a brilliant little kit - they've really thought of everything, and it certainly saves you the trouble of assembling this set-up piece by piece. It's pretty decent value too, given the array of stuff included.The star of the kit, for me, is undoubtedly the brilliant video light, which has a wide range of brightness and warmth settings, and packs a truly illuminating kick on its bright white light setting. It's rechargeable, but a full charge lasts a good couple of hours - plenty to get a few takes in indoor settings, which is definitely its strength. The microphone is likewise pretty decent for a value kit like this, and although it's not as sensitive across the range as more expensive standalone pieces, it's definitely a step up from just using your phone mic.The tripod is more than adequate for the job, with a wide, stable footprint relative to the height, and a good, sturdy build as well as the multidirectional, secure ball fitting at the top. It does feel a little more plastic than more expensive, standalone tripods, but this actually has the effect of making the whole kit pretty lightweight, which is absolutely no bad thing at all. In fact, it makes it all the better as a mobile, on-the-go as well as a starter phone media creator pack.The whole thing is really nicely presented, and would no doubt make an absolutely fabulous gift for a young budding content creator! That aside, it's definitely no entry-level write-off either, with potential for some seriously decent lighting and shot-stabilising for the money too. A really well-rounded and handy kit for anyone regularly making videos on a mobile device and wanting them just that little bit slicker.

Really good vlogging kit for those starting out in the hobby.Stand works as a small tripod/selfie stick and is pretty sturdy.You can adjust the level of the light by dimming the light and you can also choose between a few lighting modes.The light itself is extremely bright and will do for almost any situation your using the kit for.The mic quality is pretty decent at a close ish range and the added wind filter attachment is a good little feature as is the shock mount.The remote I had a little trouble with when connecting it to my Sony Xperia 1 ii mobile phone as every time I pressed the remote button it would zoom in on my phone's camera.And a bit of searching I found in my camera settings (use volume key as) setting and I changed this to shutter and hey presto when I tried the remote button again it took the picture.So overall this is a really decent bit of kit and anyone who does this sort of hobby wouldn't turn there nose up at this kit, I know I'll be getting some usage out of it. Highly recommended.
