These magnets are really great. They are really strong, and by using two, they have no problem holding my Benelli Nova shotgun up in a vertical or horizontal position. They have a really good "plastic" cover over the magnets so nothing gets scratched.They do exactly what they are supposed to do, I'll get more because Ive got other things to mount.

I received the gun magnetic mounts and they do not hold anything close to 25 lb it barely holds my Ruger 45 now if I turn the magnet the opposite direction it works great so the only thing I can say is that the coating on the top to protect the gun is too thick because if you stick it to the back side where the magnets are exposed it works great just saying I may keep them or I may return them I may install them backwards and put my own coating on the magnets

They do not hold anywhere near 25lbs. I have a compact 4" 1911 that weighs less than 4lbs and these magnets will not even hold that. Waste of money and will be returning.

Works in any position all the way up to a G19.
