An Excellent Addition to Any DM's Table
The media could not be loaded. My players have loved this so far! It makes rearranging maps, organizing enemies and terrain, and the overall immersion, a much easier thing to juggle as a DM at my table.I love this purchase. So much so that I bought the other kits and maps from their store after purchasing this one!Important notes:- I HIGHLY suggest getting a paper cutter to speed up the process of slicing everything. Cutting by hand can get very tiring very quickly.- The prints, specifically buildings, do NOT line up on both sides, but rather are mirrored images. You'll see this in the first photo where the buildings are shown one way versus flipped over. If you notice, the chimney icons flip sides and the building outsides no longer match the layout of the insides. It doesn't matter which way you flip it, the opposite side will always be mirrored. This is true of everything in their lineup. If you're cool with this, you won't have a problem! Otherwise, it may throw things off and you should be aware of it.- All pieces are double-sided. One side will look different from the other. Examples: A closed chest becomes an open one; An enemy on a stone background becomes the same enemy on grass; A flowing river of water becomes a flowing river of lava; and much more. There is a wide variety of pieces as a result, with many options at the DM's discretion.- These pieces match the gridded terrain boards made by from the same company. Some pieces have grassy backgrounds, others have stone. They work very well on top of the accompanying boards, and may look awkward if you use different ones instead.- Because of the lamination, the pieces are slick and will slide on top of the board if you don't have them stuck down with simple scotch tape or something similar. This can be frustrating if a player accidentally bumps the table or moves their mini a little too forcefully across one of the terrain pieces. Be aware of this!- The images are beautiful and the quality is pretty good. You're getting a great deal of stuff for a reasonable price, especially when compared to sources like Dwarven Forge. This is an excellent, cost efficient solution to anyone who doesn't want to spend hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for small dungeon arrangements.- There are A LOT of pieces. Like, a lot. Storing them can be difficult, so what I found was good was getting a binder with those clear paper protectors and using those to store pieces. For smaller pieces, like the smallest 1x1" tokens, I used coin collectors sheets. I used slotted and sectioned clear display sheets for everything else! It worked out well, but cost a little bit extra.Overall, I highly suggest this purchase. It's been a (literal) game-changer at my table, and I suggest it for any up-and-coming DM's who want to provide a little more visualization for their players!

Muy variado y util
Tiene montones de imágenes variadas y de buena calidad, creo que si las imágenes fueran un poco más gruesas tendrían más tiempo de vida, sin embargo, me parece un excelente ayuda al DM. 1000% recomendado.

Amazing
This set comes with TONS of tiles for dungeons, wilderness, and cities. It even has creatures, I was surprised with the variety and am very happy with it. Definitely recommend it!

Pretty much perfect
I really like this so far. There is enough variation in the pieces to not be funneled into the same map every time, and not so many that you waste time looking for something. And how much you get is decent for the price. It would be nice if they came pre-cut, but that would probably add a lot to the price. I just use a metal ruler and xacto knife to cut them out. I did a few sheets every night, focusing on the ones I knew I was using the next day/week.I saw another review mention they are different shales on the back side, and mine are not. At first I thought they were, but when new the sheets tend to stick together. It is always the same shape ok the other side, and just a different style of the same thing. Like an intact wooden bridge and a decaying wooden bridge. The boat is on concrete/stone, which is pretty funny, but I think you are supposed to cut it out along the edge of the boat. At least that is what I did for the odd shaped and larger items. Then you don't see the background. Same for the crater or black-hole/portal looking thing. I just cut out the ground to have just the item.My one issue with these is that the images are not mirrored on the back, they are straight through the sheet. This means that for the buildings, the chimneys are in the wrong spot if they aren't centered on the wall. It is a small issue though.

Imperfect, yet surprisingly awesome.
Note: The battle mat that the pieces are on top of in my photos is sold separately, and I totally recommend getting that to pair with these cut terrain pieces. If you’re like me and love the idea of having Warlock tiles for every encounter, but don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars to buy them, these are a perfect budget substitute that arguably achieve the same effect on the game. The terrain battle mat is sold separately, but is affordable on its own and totally worth it if you wanna get the most out of these. The tiles like up perfectly with the mat.The only points of feedback I have about the product is:The building tiles are actually oriented the opposite way when you flip them, so if a door appears in the south side of a house, and the players enter it(causing you to flip it over to reveal the interior floor plan) then the door will then be on the north side of the building. This isn’t a huge deal and doesn’t really detract from the gameplay, but it did seem a bit off to me.The instructions that say not to cut along thick black lines are a tad confusing at points; building/house tiles are also surrounded by a thick black line, implying they shouldn’t be cut out. But if you don’t cut them out, then the just stay on the cut up remainder of the sheet? I just ended up cutting them out anyway, and using my best judgement on how to cut the rest of the pieces, even if they do have a solid black outline around them.Otherwise these tiles are perfect for the price, and I highly recommend putting these in your game!
