Wonderful product.
I would have given a 5star but for the bike seat. It is not convenient for me. Aside that minor flaw in the entire product I must say, what I saw beats my imagination. First it was easy to assemble. Second it works as describe. Third it is right about d bike for my size. I am 6" tallThe product works well with the app. I just love it.Sorry I didn't give a 5star. U deserve it but I has to order an extra seat cushion to support what I got.

Fitbill Smart Home Spinning Cycle with Free Bluetooth Fitness App I sent a fitbill spinning cycle to my daughter and her fiancé. She wants to get in shape before theirwedding next summer and is going to school full time which doesn’t allow her to get to the gym.The bike arrived in 2 days from when I ordered it. Her and her fiancé had fun putting it together(even though neither of them is mechanically inclined). She said it took 10 minutes, and was Iever relieved. I looked at numerous spinning cycles on Amazon, but this one was reasonablypriced and had the benefit of a fitness app which none of the others in this price point had. Mydaughter’s comments were…it is solid, quiet, and easy to move because of the two rubber castersthat allow her to pick up the back and wheel it to wherever she wants. The Bluetooth fitness appwas a bonus because tech stuff is a way of life in all young adults.

The bike came with no manual, not even instructions for assembling it. The seat is uncomfortable. I will have to buy a gel seat or some kind of cushion for the seat.

App not working
It seems like a good bike, but after putting it together, charging the battery and following all of the instructions I am still unable to connect on the app. I first was not able to register on the app, so I went to the website and set up an account. Then I went to the app, tried to log in and have continuously gotten "no network connection" on the app. I then messaged Fitbill and have not gotten a response within the time frame stated. I am giving it a few more days and then I guess my husband will have to take it apart, box it back up and ship it back, which is a huge hassle.

Be patient
Had a problem with the app in the beginning. E-mailed costumer support and they took care of it.

Piece of garbage
Do not waste your money on this piece of crap. I bought it a week ago and the pedal snapped off. Forget returning it. It cost me 40.00 to ship the piece of crap back.
