Elegant and sturdy
It has been one week I have been using it. The machine is very elegant and sturdy with smooth operation. Not much noise. The delivery was prompt. Packaging was very good. Installation was on the same day of delivery as I have requested the company executive. The customer care is also very responsive.

Worst service support I ever experienced
I bought this machine . Starts troubling within a month . Runs only 20 minutes, then stops with error . I raised complaint several times. Not fixed until today for the past 3 months . They don’t track the complaints , no coordination, every time I remind they come with excuses . Such a horrible experience . I not at all recommend this brand . Unfortunate
