I do not usually write reviews, but I had to let whoever needed to see this know that this product, for me, is a game changer. I have been trying to lose weight and have given up many carbohydrates, including my favorite chips and crackers. As I have been doing the Atkins / Keto program, I have been craving that crispy, crunchy texture that one would find in the aforementioned food products. I stumbled upon Julian Bakery Primal Thin Crackers and IMMEDIATELY fell in love! Not only do I find this product delicious (the Parmesan flavor), but it also satisfies that crispy, crunchy texture that I craved.Now, the price is a little steep, about $12.50 per box and it only comes in 2 boxes per order. I will say that I only intended to order 2 boxes every month, however since I love them so much, I found myself ordering 2 boxes every 2 weeks, sometimes even less than that (I keep 1 box at work and 1 box at home).I have met my weight loss goal and whether or not this product is a contributor to that process looks favorable. My only negative comment is that I do wish the price was more competitive; if these weren't so good, I probably wouldn't order so much and I would save myself some money. Do yourself a favor: if you are looking for a delicious cracker alternative that is low-carb, give these a try and decide for yourself if the price is worth it.

Snacks and with cheese

Very tasty and inspiring. Although these crackers are delicious and low-carb, they're sorely overpriced at over ten bucks a box. No crackers are worth that -- so why did I buy them? Because I wanted to see if it was worth going through the effort of trying to make my own low-carb crackers at home, and the answer to that is a resounding 'yes!' However, if you don't mind the asking price and have a need for low-carb crackers, these ones are very, very tasty and Good Stuff. Five stars for the quality and taste, minus one for the cost -- maybe there's a better packaging method they could choose to lower the cost per ounce (2-pound box?), I dunno.

These crackers are amazing!!! They taste great. Love them with cream cheese, guacamole, any creamy style dip. Perfect for those that can not eat gluten, or eat low carb or keto.

Sadly I’ve had to revise my review. I’ve bought MANY of these crackers. I don’t want to add it up bc at $10 a pop it’s well over $100 by now and that’s ridiculous. But this shows you how much I liked them.The last two boxes I got were burnt. The flavor was completely different and inedible. Tasted like I imagine licking an ashtray tastes. Even my husband, who proudly claims to eat “anything”, told me to toss them. The picture doesn’t make the crackers look too different, but they sure do taste it.It’s not a product I can return so I reached out to Julian Bakery (they have a store in CA). They said bc Amazon sent them they can’t help me. So even though I can’t return them I emailed Amazon anyway and they took care of the problem. Now I know this was a one off so I’m going to have to stop buying these. I can’t risk getting another bad batch and I hate knowing that a company won’t stand behind their products.I’ve been low carb for about 18 months now. I try everything out there that might give me a taste of the good old days. I love crackers with cheese or having some with soup; but it wasn’t happening. But I keep trying. These are FANTASTIC. So crunchy, such flavor. Good alone or with anything you need a cracker for. Totally satisfying. I’m incredibly picky and I’ve gotten other products from this brand and they were inedible. My husband thought they were great, too.As for how they arrived. Pristine. They were a in a box, in a box, in a box. Not a single crushed cracker. I’m only sad that a box of crackers is gonna cost me $10😳. That’s a bit ridiculous if you ask me. But I’m a prisoner of the low-carb life. What can I say?

I have been doing Keto and some of the best things that are full of fat are dips. Guacamole is a great example. Yeah it goes into a burrito bowl just great but sometimes it nice to have a appitizer of chips and dip. I was hard pressed to find a "chip" that was low carb. I could make it myself but being a single mom of two young kids, I need as many short cuts as I can get. Then I came upon these. I was diappointed at how expensive they were but I was surprised at how filling they are. I only eat them once in a while so they last for some time. They do contain flax seeds and some people can be put off by the taste if you are not familiar with it. The "Parmesan" flavor is also overwhelmed by the flax seeds so I don't think it would matter what flavor you get. They probably all take like flax. I also like how these are really thick so they can hold up to any dip or cheese that you out on them. I would recommend either eating them plain or only using strong flavored toppings because again, the flax seed can overwhelm delicate flavors. I would buy this product again. Until something better comes along anyway.

Iknow these are pricey, but to find gluten free, sugar free crackers that taste good is no easy feat. These check all the boxes, so I buy these 6 boxes at a time!
