È un prodotto molto eccellente, l’ho comprato per riscaldare un bagno ampio e funziona perfettamente ed inoltre l’ho tenuto acceso anche molte ore a filo e fa il suo dovere

Fácil de instalar, funciona perfectamente instalada en una furgoneta camperizada, la calienta en muy poco tiempo.

Buon prodotto arrivato nei tempi previsti funziona bene ma la pompa gasolio si è rotta dopo 2 ore di lavoro ho dovuto acquistare una nuova

Alla partenza e spegnimento, c'è puzza di scarico in camper...dopo neanche un anno di utilizzo....sapete perché?

Like all Chinese Diesel Heaters, they have quirks and issues, but the price is just too good. Installation and operating instructions are awful. You WILL need to search the web and YouTube to get up and running.GOOD: Vevor seems to be accepted as one of the better brands.They are now using the good nylon fuel line so you dont have to buy your own to replace theirs.The remote DOES include its battery. It’s like a AAAAA battery that’s 12V. Never seen one before.Puts out LOTS of heat. I should have looked harder for a 2kW version.Includes a Stand Pipe with the 15l fuel tank so fuel can be drawn out of the top of the tank. It does include the standard fitting that you drill and install on the bottom of the tank.BAD: fuel tank lid would not seal properly (working with Vevor on replacement, we’ll see) Power cord: Runs on 12V or 24V. The power cord has a nice long + wire and a very short - neg. Wire, so I had to fab something up. Maybe they assume you’ll ground to chassis???Installation instructions. Terrible, you’ll need to search online. They say the heater can be up to 3M above the pump but dont say how high the pump can be above the fuel (if at all). I mounted the heater about 1m above the pump and it worked fine.Controller: Good luck bro. My manual had instruction for 3 different kinds of controllers. You need to prime the system before you can turn it on (they dont tell you that of course). also they dont call it Priming, they call it Manual Pumping. I tried the key combos for all 3 controller types and none of them got me into the Priming menu. I just kept searching the internet and trying till one worked.Altitude: They don’t tell you that you need to adjust the fuel mixture for altitude. This must be done or the unit may malfunction within days. I live at 7000 ft so it needed to be done. Once again you need to search internet/youtube to find appropriate settings.SUPPORT: They use ZenDesk. So you can go to the Vevor website and chat using the ZenDesk app. They were very responsive, at least up front. My request I think goes from the ZenDesk Chat to Vevor. In a few days we’ll see what happens. Others have had a poor experience with customer support.So a mixed bag. The unit works great, but getting there is frustrating. And it’s a shame because all they need to do is write a good manual.
