Big John Extended Reach Wiper

I have the need for this due to a lumbar fusion and decompression surgery. I don't know what I would do without it! You have to follow the directions and then follow up with baby wipes and it works! I wold recommend to anyone who does not want to have to depend on someone else to help them with every trip to the bathroom!

Works but is made as the light bulb was with planned obsolescence The light bulb could last forever but they make it to blow? As the spring In this is weak!!! But last for 6 mo. To a year then you must hold the griper till you get tired of that and order another one.

I had major back surgery and needed it to clean up. It did not live up to my expectations. It never worked like it said it should. Both my husband and I tried it couldn't get the toilet paper to stay and then it would release when we pushed the other end. I was very disappointed.

Best way to use this is take good sturdy paper in multiples of 3 fold into the so you won't up with just enough to go around and tuck in at both ends. Then you push the trigger and it falls off. Instead of having to unroll it just to do it again.

I found that it is difficult to keep toilet paper attached to the wand. I even followed the directions in how to attach. It is a great concept if there were a more secure way to attach the tp to the wand.

Worked great first few times, then would not hold tissue and the rubber on handle kept peaking off. Asked for you to send another one, maybe this one was just bad, but you wanted me to return it. I could not do that because where it had been used.

not working when I received this item. It would not hold the paper. It is being returned..

I have tried this product before and just have never had any luck using it easily!
