Best office chair
Only did not receive any instructions with the chair, did not work the first time, but got it replaced and worked perfectly fine the next time.

Nice and Comfortable
No problems with the product; comfortable and nice finishing. No assembly instructions provided in the box. Only a phone number is provided, on which you can request assembly instructions. However, assembly is quite simple. Managed without any instructions.

Cheap material and damaged item received
Do not by this chair, it was made with cheap material, and Seller sent me the damaged one, back support net was ripped, and I noticed there were staples that the seller was tried to fix damaged one. Unfortunately Amazon is not supporting in retiring this item. I would recommend that never buy products in Amazon India, because the buyer money is protected in case if we don't be satisfied with the product after it was delivered.

Good chair
Good chair. The lumbar curve of the backrest a tad above normal lumbar curve. Had to put a pillow on seat to rectify. Wheels too goodOverall satisfied

Poor quality.
The item I had received on 4th June but the backrest cloth came out from the rubber grip, this is the only poor workmanship.
