I just ordered this last week. I didn't realize I might actually need it. I've not received this as part of any promotion. I'm just a customer who purchased it and I'm submitting an honest review.I have had mild asthma since my teens (I'm 55 now). I'm currently dealing with long term (insert virus name here) and I've had to have oxygen for the first time in my life. I've been having to use my nebulizer regularly for the past 6 months. Our power went out this morning. I had not had a treatment, and I needed one. After my first use I can tell you that I am breathing better just this morning than I have been for a while! The mist particles from this nebulizer are very very tiny, which I think makes it more successful than the one I usually use.My two complaints - it's a bit of an energy hog - and I had to stop more often to wipe the mist from my nose. Neither complaint is bad enough to detract from my happiness in breathing so well.Included are a mouth "pipe", child's mask, adult mask, a USB-C cord that will fit into a usb charger (a charger isn't included), small instruction pamphlet and small gray bag for the device (masks won't fit with the device in bag). The adult mask fits well. The device and components look to be well made and all fit together well. I recommend reading the short pamphlet that comes with it. It's not hard to use.Info from instruction sheet:New AA battery - strong mode - can last 3-4 timesNew AA battery - mild mode - can last 4-6 timesOr connect to power using USB-CI would highly recommend this product to anyone who uses a nebulizer. I'm glad I planned for the power outage (its easy to take being able to breathe for granted). The device is Light weight, a small portable size, easy to use, can be used when the power goes out (needs batteries)- and I believe the disbursement of the medicine in this device is well above the norm and that makes it extremely effective. I consider this an essential emergency medical device. If you have breathing problems you should have this device or one like it.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this portable nebulizer. I was concerned about having to hold it. I have a desk type nebulizer that is loud and plugs in to an electric outlet so I use it in my living room which can be inconvenient.I just used this portable nebulizer. WOW! It accommodated a vial of albuterol and a vial of sodium chloride. I used the micro USB cord rather than the installed batteries (which won't last long according to pamphlet.) It REALLY pumped out the medications quicker and SIGNIFICANTLY QUIETER than my stationery machine. I was able to dispense a full dose of meds in about 5 minutes! ITS POWERFUL...QUICKER ON HIGH. However, you can change the setting to a slower output of meds. I was also able to easily use it while in bed. I am IMPRESSED and very happy with this purchase. However, the mini USB doesn't enter the socket of the portable nebulizer all the way. I was concerned that it was defective. However, when I plugged the charger into an outlet with the provided cable, it worked. It is easy to clean. Some of the instructions don't make sense and are poorly written. A child's mouth cup and mouth piece are included with the adult face piece. I wish cords for the masks had been included for ease in holding the mask againstbmy face. Overall, I highly recommend this portable nebulizer. I LOVE how quick it is followed by how quiet it runs. And, it's portable and has a convenient micro USB cable. orcruns on two AA batteries. You'll need a wall charger. I was immediately moved to offer a review within hours of receiving this unit and 15 minutes after using it before bed. IT WORKS. ITS CONVENIENT. I LOVE IT. Thank you.

The wired nebulizer at home has been used for a long time and is very noisy. The atomization effect is getting worse and worse. It is really great to know that I bought this portable nebulizer. The atomization effect is very good. It is quiet when in use. It is worth recommending.

I bought the nebulizer initially in January 2024 to use to keep my vocal cords moist before singing and the nebulizer worked perfectly until it stopped working in July 2024. Not sure why, but nevertheless, I contacted Apowus customer service and they responded within the same day and provided me with some tips to try to get the nebulizer working again, which did not work for my case. Apowus also offered to send a replacement unit, which I received about two days later. The nebulizer is well made and comes with various attachments and a one-year warranty. I would highly recommend this Amazon buyer because the product I purchased from them is well made, has a good warranty and excellent customer ssupport.

I bought the nebulizer because I needed it as soon as possible, it arrived that same night, it is small and convenient to travel with and store. I only used it twice and everything works fine. It is easy to clean. Maybe I wish it was rechargeable. I can use it with a type C cable or with AA batteries.

It's small, noiseless and works excellent! Recommend highly!

This is the second Apowus and third portable nebulizer we have bought. I love it and it is so easy and convenient to use! My husband and I bought have lung disease. I have one in the car at all times. My husband used it a lot because it’s quieter than the home nebulizer. I cannot remember how long we had it, but it died. I really don’t think it’s meant to be used full time. It’s wonderful for travel! I paid about $45. I think it’s comparable to other brand prices.
