I understand your question and am sorry about the snarky answers you are getting. In the past, down and feathers have been plucked from live birds, prior to slaughter. Not very ethical, no. I am searching the website to determine if this company follows RDS standards. (And people please, be kind to each other, ok?)

What is the percentage of the down compared to the feathers?

10% down 90% feathers and they offer nice support. I have upper back problems these help not irrate that problem

Why in the world do my pillows smell like a dirty, wet dog? i tried sleeping on them (and they were very comfy) but the smell was too bad!

No clue. Mine don't smell. Has your dog been sneaking onto the bed?

What is the height of the pillow?

We got the soft option yet the pillows are very thick and impossible to find gussetted pillow cases to fit regukar make the pilliw even thicker. I am thinking of cutting them open and removing feathers.
