I love this herb/spice mix! Really good flavour and quality. Particularly lovely on fresh pan fried mackerel! Really good price at the time of purchasing (I know this brand of spices can more than triple overnight so pleased I found it at such a good price).

I got the Greek Fish & Seafood blend and it’s a wonderfully fragrant spice blend with a lovely well-rounded flavour. It really is great with white fish and prawns but I think the flavour is so versatile, you could use it to season anything from scrambled eggs and tofu to veggies, rice, homemade burger patties, pizza, wraps, soft cheese, dips - and anything else you fancy!The oregano and sweet fennel are pronounced and really stand out in this mix but I think the flavours develop a little differently depending on how you use the spice, what you add it to, whether you add it to a hot or cold dish etc, so it’s worth experimenting. I’m really enjoying the spice and all’s well in terms of freshness and quality. Excellent value for money too with this being a 300g bag (best before date of almost 2 years on the bag I received). Brilliant.
