My headline pretty much says it all. If, as me, you tend to sit in different chairs (of different height and rake), this is a great table. It's surprisingly steady, light in itself and supports my desktop replacement laptop (a 19" Dell XPS - big and heavy) with ease. Being able to set the rake (angle of the table surface) so that the screen is elevated in relation to the keyboard is great (and has quite a large range, with a retaining front edge - such that the laptop doesn't become a laptop feature! - is more than adequate to keep the laptop in place. With the construction (bent tubular steel) of the frame allowing a lot of room around and under the table surface, the table can be moved out of the way easily, it's a simple step to lift the surface a little, press the retaining lever (under the table top) to drop it to flat and just push it back and out of the way.My only critique, and the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars, is that I could do with a couple more height points, as I end up having to elevate my arms when typing in a spreadsheet, which becomes quite tiring.Having said that, I may well buy another to go into a room that I use to house an electronic drum kit, to support a smaller machine (probable a Surface Pro) and allow connection between the drum kit and a music editing and recording software suite. For ease of use and value for money, this is an excellent buy.
