Strength and Stability Yoga was created by Nadia Narain to help you feel strong, stable and balanced! Modern life is hard on our posture so it is vital to be mindful of how we hold our bodies. The focus of this programme is to build strength in your body so that you may have correct alignment by increasing the power of the muscles that support you. Starting with session one, slowly build up each day, moving on to the next session when you are ready for a more challenging routine. Session 1: This flow is about connecting you to your breath and taking you through modified sun salutations at a perfect pace! Nadia shows you how to begin to strengthen and tone your muscles as she brings together special postures with balancing poses to further align the body. Session 2: This flow continues at a more fluid pace and begins to incorporate slightly more challenging postures to increase your muscle capacity. Moving through the sun salutations you will build heat in the body while developing the core muscles. Session 3: This flow focuses on increasing the strength and balance that you have incorporated into your yoga routine from Sessions 1 & 2. By adding a few challenging poses to the sun salutations and by holding poses in balancing positions, Nadia will test your muscles and fire up your core to awaken a deep power within. Consistently practising these sequences will bring a feeling of power and energy to your body; you will grow stronger and feel more stable both physically and mentally! “Yoga with Nadia is always a completely calming, balancing and reinvigorating experience. I love her DVD’s and am so happy for people to be able to experience the benefits of her practice in their own homes.” - Sienna Miller

Very Nice!
This is a very nice and relaxing yoga practice. It is done in three-twenty minute segments so you can choose how long you'll workout. The workouts consists of balance, stretch and energizing movement. The three sessions vary in intensity. I found Nadia's instructions to be very soothing and motivating. I highly recommend for strength, balance and stretch.

Great Content Poor Quality Recording
Let me start off by saying I LOVE Nadia Narain and the actual content of this DVD is brilliant. The issue I have is with the quality. The video itself is soft/fuzzy, as if it was a copy of a copy of a copy. Not sure what happened to quality control, but this first batch doesn't have it. I am comparing it to the other Nadia Narain DVDs I currently own which are crystal clear.

Awesome & short yoga flow DVD
I absolutely love this DVD of yoga practices. There are 3 different sets of flow exercises on the DVD, each lasting about 20 minutes (perfect for me as a working Mum of 3 young children) Nadia has a very calming voice, gives clear instructions and guides you through the breathing too. It is definitely a flow practice so I feel very energised after having done one of these. (If you prefer something slower & less energetic, her other yoga DVD is also brilliant)

Flexibility required.
I like the presenter who has a very calming presence and demonstrates the poses well. However, as I have not done any Yoga recently and am now in my seventies, I think I was a bit ambitious in believing I could follow these workouts immediately. I am going to do some simple poses on my own first to become more flexible, then have another try.

Worth the price.
This is the third DVD I have had of Nadia's,I never ever pay ยฃ10 for a DVD but hers are worth it. This one is tough and I won't beadle to do all the moves, I am 69 and have done Yoga and Palaties for years I am not super fit. I have ached in places (tummy, thighs,) so no pain no gain. Only down side for me is, I thought there would of been more breathing exercises as the other two DVD do have. Still getting ๐๐๐๐๐. Delivery excellent.

Great
I have another of Nadias videos and I like her style. This is harder Id say but ive been doing yoga for a couple of years so I can follow it quite well. It's split into three sections of 20 minutes which is ideal

worth a go and cheaper than a gym membership or class!
First time Iโve tried yoga (rather do it at home than in a class of experts who are all super bendy already) going to take me a while to get to grips with the moves but the instructor isnโt annoying and itโs relatively easy to follow, definitely felt aches in areas I didnโt know existed and my back felt much better after a few days using this dvd.
