Copper Support Men's/Women's Back Brace

Didn't work for me.

The back support is nice from this brace, but there was one problem I found. The description states that the belt is adjustable for all backs and bodies. That is not true because it barely fits me. I usually use things in XL size and this item barely fits me. If it does close on a wider person, then it would be too tight and uncomfortable to wear. Having it on too tight causes you to feel some of the Velcro on your skin. I will say that the stretch and fabric of this brace is very comfortable and it does not feel uncomfortable at all while wearing it throughout the day. The fabric also feels nice and breathable on the skin. I can definitely feel the support of this brace when I am sitting down for a period of time. As always, do your research and comparisons when buying anything. I will share with you that I received this item for free for an honest review and it is honest.

I could feel the difference the second I put this belt on and started working out. The straps are large and very easy to adjust making it a perfect fit for several different body types. I like the feeling of comfort and support the belt gives as I walk around. I was in a car accident several years ago that left me with nasty sciatica and walking too much can be difficult. I was looking for a belt to wear that was comfortable, and offered good support. As an Amazon reviewer, I was able to receive this belt at a discount for my honest review. I like the support, but the belt can make you a little warm. Granted, I sweat a lot in general and that could just be me. Keep in mind, that heat is not necessarily bad! The warmth is supposed to be good for increasing circulation which is a great step towards healing and pain relief.You need to ensure the belt is secure without being too tight or too loose. The only reason I didn't give the belt 5 stars was because it has a slight chemical odor which I am hoping will dissipate in time. (If so, I will change my rating.)There's a lot to be said for homeopathic methods of healing damaged bodies, and I, for one, dislike pills. I like the way the belt supports my back and I am hoping that over time, I will be able to enjoy walks and my workout routine more and more.

I have my own swimming pool service route that requires a lot of back work. The Copper Support has been an awesome item that has given much relief to my lower back after a long day of hard work. It's easy to put on, but the best part is that it's also very comfortable!. I will put it on when I get home at the end of the day, sit for a bit, and continue wearing it while I attend to other things.
