Mom Invented Beverage Barricade

THIS IS THE MOST AWESOME INVENTION EVER!!! I keep them in my purses, in coolers, in my car and in my beach bags. They keep insects, bees and everything out, they help open the can when the pull tab doesn't work and they open cans when your can't use your nails. I ordered 5 sets the first time and I just ordered 5 more sets. I wanted to make sure I had 30 more tabs, because I kept giving them out for people to try or I would lose them, and they are getting really hard to find. The people who invented these should go on Shark Tank. They are definitely a $5 million idea. I can't live without them!!!!

These are amazing. Before you have this all the way on the tab of the can it starts lifting the tab. I love, love, love these and plan to buy more.You can spin the tab around to keep bugs out which is a must for summer time. It doesnt seal the can but it isnt supposed to.

I first purchased these at The Container Store and one by one my family and friends kept them for themselves. Then I could never find them again. Tried everywhere to buy them and no one knew what I was talking about including The Container Store. Then I thought maybe Amazon might have them and sure enough Amazon did and I bought 3 packages of which one package has already been absconded. With summer outings and picnic season here I will probably have to buy more. They not only keep the fizz in but keep the bugs out, a good safety device. A great buy.

I purchased these a few years ago and thought they were out of commission for good when I could no longer find them again. To my great relief, they are back (so I bought extra)! These are small plastic covers for soda-type cans. Easy to keep in your car or purse or pocket. Keeps dirt & bugs out and, while driving, keeps the beverage from sloshing out. Although I'm not one for a manicure, if you have one, this little device assists in popping the tab which may save nail polish from chipping. Of note: I have found that this does not fit ALL tab top cans as some tabs are larger than space provided. I have tried other can toppers but nothing compares to these in my opinion. Simple and efficient!

The best, but very hard to find

I'm in love with this product!!!So why the 4-star rating??Because as stated in another review, The Container Store used to sell these for $2, and the price on Amazon.com is WAY too high. Yes, this is a great product, but it does NOT warrant an Apple-like price, despite it being nearly impossible to find anymore. Not sure why Container Store stopped carrying it, but I was pretty bitter that they did. As a flight attendant, this is a great tool for opening cans on board, but once I ran out of them, it was disappointing to not be able to find them anywhere - including here on Amazon.Now I've simply lost interest and am using a small Yelp-branded keychain to open cans, which works just as well.I saw this product was available again and almost yawned. Too little, too late This goes for Ginsey as well as Container Store.#FAIL

This is the greatest invention ever. I am a Minnesotan born and raised and let me tell you Bees are a major problem here. I love soda pop and have been stung more than a few times by bees that have flew into the opening trying to get a taste. Those days are over now. Since using this product I haven't had a sting. I love it. I tried other products that fit over the entire top of the soda can but they are messy and very hard to get on and off. The beverage barricade is so easy my 5 year old uses one without any assistance. The best part of all, say good bye to breaking your finger nails. The beverage barricade slips right on closed tab and you lift up and BAM it opens right up, no muss no fuss. I know by spending the 3 bucks on these I have saved myself hundreds in pricey manicures to fix my broken and chipped nails.Another plus is for you mom's. How many times has your child or you (don't be proud)cut themselves in that sharp inner ring of the can. I know I have used my fair share of band aids. Those my days have now passed. My and my daughters finders are now cut free.I STRONGLY recommend this product for anyone. Men I know you think I forgot about you but guess what.....it works on beer cans also.I hope this helps everyone looking at this product. Buy it and Love it!
