I initially bought this from a health food store and the sales lady said that it would help with decrease in cortisol and take down some of the problem I was having losing fat in my belly area. What I found actually was after only taking it about two days it vastly made my mood a lot better and as I went on a road trip with my husband by the end of the day I discovered that I had not wanted to kill him at any point during the trip. I took the whole bottle and then ran out and was off of it for about Three weeks. My frustrated mood Crept back in so I started on another bottle and found that it made me feel so much better mood wise. I have also been using a prescription from my doctor progesterone 4% cream which was helping with the hot flashes. My script ran out and the doctor would not refill it but after A couple of days without using the progesterone I found that the restore it was working so well that I didn’t need it or haven’t needed it. The product is great. We have used it many times, however the last delivery didn’t make it to the right address.

I have no idea if its working or not...I am a 40 year old male and my mother is taking this as well to help her sleep. She told me about it so I thought I would try it. I've been taking it for about a month and I just don't know. My sleep fluctuates like always, my mood has been pretty even keel so that is good but I also take care of myself and workout. I am not unhealthy, I don't drink or smoke or struggle with depression or anxiety. I just thought I would try this out. .hmmmmm?

I can’t say enough!! How great this product is!! I am 52 years old, in menopause and this has “stopped “ my hot flashes!!! It took about a solid week and half of taking 2 pills twice a day, in am upon waking and I’m before bed, but it’s awesome!!!! I feel better all over, more mentally stable.
