Such a fantastic conditioner! Better Natured Color Care conditioner is a lovely, lightweight conditioner that is easy to work into hair and just as easy to rinse. A little goes a long way. It leaves my hair moisturized (something it desperately needs especially now that I spend a lot of time outdoors and in the pool), soft and shiny. Even has some bounce, something it normally lacks. The scent is phenomenal though it doesn't last very long. (Most hair products don't hold their scent long in my hair for whatever reason) With 95% of the ingredients naturally derived, great results and a wonderful scent, the price of this conditioner is definitely reasonable. There's a good reason it is an Amazon 'Professional Beauty' item. (For those not familiar, a 'professional beauty' means, "Amazon has curated a selection of high-quality products that can be found in professional settings such as salons, spas, and dermatology offices."Recommended

As a Massage Therapist , the first thing I did when I got my license was to study the ingredients of the lotions I used on my clients. Boy, was that an eye opener! It took time but I found a company that made a 100% Organic and Natural product, despite what all the naysayers in the cosmetics world said. (They all claimed it was impossible to produce anything that would have a good shelf life without artificial stabilizers).Since then I have become pretty well read on ingredients. According to the Environmental Working Group, the average person puts 168 chemicals on their body every day. Think about that. The skin is your largest organ, and it absorbs most of those chemicals. So I'm always looking for "cleaner" products that give me a close-to if not identical result of the chemical laden products.While this Better Natured conditioner is a good start, there's more they could do. First off, why put "fragrance/perfume" in a natural -based product????? For one thing, many people have sensitivities to those artificial scents. And you can always use essential oils or other natural products like coconut oil to achieve a similar result.Other ingredients that they might have used to help offset the need for "science based" ingredients are Aloe Vera, Horsetail, Burdock, and nettle.That's just a start for things that could have been done better for a product like this. I DO applaud them for stating on the front of the bottle what is "science based" (aka, not natural). For that reason I only docked 1 star.As for how it conditioned? Well, I can't complain. I admit that while I try to avoid chemicals I do like my box-derived hair color. It's my one cosmetic guilty pleasure. This conditioner left my hair mostly smooth. Definitely not as silky as the chemical filled ones but definitely acceptable for a mostly natural product.The scent didn't do it for me. It wasn't horrid...just didn't appeal to me. Again, a nice essential oil would have been better.All in all, not a bad product. Price point is a bit high but that's normal for this type of product. You could most certainly do worse that this product.

My hair is fine, slightly wavy and currently colored with an all-over hair color from a box. I have been using this conditioner for a little over a week and I’m very pleased with the results. Although I feel it’s too early to say if this conditioner is able to protect my color in the long run, there are a lot of good things that are already evident. First of all, I really like how lightweight this conditioner is. Some conditioners weight down my fine hair but not this one. My hair is bouncy, manageable, and easy to comb through. Also, my hair smells so good thanks to this conditioner’s lovely tropical fruity/floral scent. Recommended!

Until very recently, my hair was dyed a vibrant purple. Any bright color like that fades quickly, so color-safe products are vital. This Better Natured conditioner worked great for me.My hair is fine and naturally quite wavy, which adds another level of neediness. Conditioners can be tricky for my hair type, because if they're too heavy, they weigh it down. And if they don't have enough slip, it's nearly impossible to detangle my hair in the shower. This Better Natured conditioner is the perfect balance for me. It's lightweight, has good slip, and it smells lovely.I would get this again. Highly recommend this product.

I really like this product! A little goes a long way, it makes your hair nice and soft without being limp. It smells DELIGHTFUL but the scent isn't too strong once its washed out.Love to see the cruelty/animal free information on the bottle. Seems like a good clean beauty choice! I am super happy!

I like that this conditioner has more naturally derived ingredients than other conditioners. I have thin, dry hair and this does pretty well to condition my hair but overall it's not as affective as others in my opinion. The scent is floral and a little bit perfumy. I have bright blonde hair and this does well at preserving the color.
