I have one of these that my physical therapist recommended when I completed PT. It saved me and my husband who was also experiencing physical pain [his foot, my leg]. Powerful for its size. I was very impressed. I admit I was concerned about the price, cheap massage guns tend to stop when you put a little pressure on them to get a deeper massage. This massage gun is not cheap. It is well built, feels heavy for its size, and is powerful. It comes with four attachments and a booklet telling you the preferred muscle groups for each attachment.It has a rechargeable battery that lasts around 2+ hours depending on setting. This power massager from Sharper Image is well made and comes with 4 different heads. It gives relief for muscles, especially knots after biking. I like the mini- However, I think the seller of the product should have included information on how to charge the battery and how to know when the battery needed to be charged. For one thing, you need an adapter to charge. You also need to know that the lights indicate not only the 4 speed level but also the battery charge. When you first turn it on, and are at level one, that is the battery indicator.

It is very easy to use - changing heads, etc. It is powerful. My husband has trouble with his feet and lower back. It is strong and does the job.
