The contacted me and fixed the problem on the spot!!The wood used to make the box is very nice but all the other pieces are very cheap and the lock flies off because the screws are too short

Love this storage box. Well built.

Nice box and it come with a decent grinder and some bottles for storage - lock works well - not super sturdy but perfect for keeping kids out. My only gripe is the lip on the inside of the lid, I tried storing paper work there and a few other things and they fall out when the lid is opened back up - not that I would use a phone much but the lid does seem to hold a phone well as it was intended.

This box brings me joy. It keeps my stash well organized while being attractive.

Customer service was excellent and quickly refunded me the purchase. I was informed that the image was forwarded to the quality assurance department for thorough evaluation. Turns out that due to the utilization of locks with a higher degree of elasticity in the past, significant spring force was generated upon pushing the button, consequently resulting in lock breakage. I will definitely purchase this item again!

The major flaw in this box is the lock. It’s not that it’s difficult to use, which it is, but that it must stay solved to shut the box.What that means for adults is that the correct combination is on display for everyone to see when you’re using the box.What that means for teenagers is that you can spot the combination and open the box when no one is around. But when you accidentally move a dial while you’re stealing weed, then hear the parents coming up the driveway, you’ll panic and try to force it closed, thereby breaking the lock.Then the kid will make some lame excuse on how the lock broke. You’ll have to spend all kinds of time parenting and coaxing a confession out of the kid.Moral of the story: Get a better box.

I was so impressed with this box! It is beautifully made, well constructed and amazing customer service! It's got some weight to it and you can it's well constructed, quality product! I was missing some stickers and I contacted them! Got a response right away and it was resolved right away with them sending them out to me! Would highly recommend this company and their products!!

La scatola in sé è ben costruita, ma sembra pensata per essere usata solo con i suoi accessori originali - dei quali peraltro non si sentiva minimamente la necessità.I barattolini in vetro ad esempio sono molto piccoli: troppo piccoli! Sia per contenere le “spezie” (chiamiamole così per bontà d’animo) sia per contenere gli accessori, che chi usa le “spezie” ha accumulato nel tempo. Assurdo poi aggiungere il “macina spezie”: insomma, se uno compra una scatola di questo tipo ovviamente ce l’ha già (e magari anche più di uno). Perché farmelo ricomprare?Per gli accessori è stato pensato (e creato ad hoc) anche un inserto in plastica spugnosa che serve ad incastonarli nella scatola, mantenendoli in ordine.Probabilmente la suggestione è che si possa portare in viaggio, senza che si rompano i barattolini di vetro o che il materiale all’interno sbatacchi, faccia rumore o si rovini. Ora: una scatola così è molto comoda in casa, ma per un viaggio è davvero troppo ingombrante (certo ognuno viaggia come meglio crede, ma la scatola pesa ed è molto grande). Non riesco ad immaginare molti viaggi in cui debba portare tutta la scatola!Purtroppo le dimensioni di questo inserto in “spugna” sono specifiche solo per gli accessori originali e quindi non posso mettere barattoli più grandi o il mio “macina spezie” (che è migliore di quello in dotazione con la scatola). Morale: ho dovuto buttare questo inutile “inserto salvabarattolini spugnoso”.Insomma: tante cose che non mi servivano, il cui acquisto mi è stato imposto con la scatola e che sono qualitativamente decorose, ma non proprio eccezionali.Da ultimo, le istruzioni per personalizzare la combinazione sono sbagliate: lo sono talmente tanto che risulta immediatamente evidente che bisogna fare esattamente l’opposto di quello che dicono. Per cui niente: si riesce lo stesso a cambiare la combinazione, ma non è una bella esperienza, specialmente in considerazione del costo.Nel complesso: non vale il prezzo esorbitante che viene richiesto. Suggerisco di trovare alternative.

Der Grinder ist aus Metall gefertigt und ist sehr scharf.Die Box ist etwas teurer als andere Stash Boxes auf dem Markt, aber die Qualität und Funktionalität sind es wert. Insgesamt ist die Viking Factory Stash Box eine gute Wahl für alle, die eine hochwertige und stilvolle Stash Box suchen.
