So, the part that slides onto the shaft to supposedly engage inside the door doesn't have any way to affix to the shaft, so it slides right off the end when you pull on the door. The little hex screw is not robust enough to hold it on the shaft. I had to superglue it onto the shaft. Useless.

New lock and handle for my storage building. Easy to install and sturdy.
