Overall its a very nice and sturdy! Looks stylish too! The only concern I have is the zipper is too hard! Have to struggle sometimes, but other than that it is perfect!

Overall quality is fair. The straps become loose. Side pocket very small so it's hard to fit a water bottle in it. For the price, it seems like it should be a little more durable. Overall look is good.

I may have paid for a “large” bag but it looks and feels like a medium size bag. And the tag inside the bag says it’s made in the Philippines? Funny how the price dropped after my purchase. Cute and convenient for light travel tho so I’ll keep it.

I bought it to replace a Chelsea backpack that came from the Kate Spade store and this one is a different size and material. The zippers are a different color and are quite clunky. The bag lacks the style of my original one and is going straight back to Amazon.

The description says that this will be the large sized bag, but it actually is the medium. If you look closely at the picture you can see how the seller attached a label over the original one that says medium- but the tag on the back of the bag still says medium too.
