Good but not Great
Cheaply made and will not last long is my guess. But, it serves the purpose and is helpful to my wife.

Only as good as the elastic ... which isn't.
This was purchased believing the elastic would be as pictured (a substantial strong gray elastic with blue stripes). What arrived was a cuff with a flimsy beige colored elastic that has already given out after two weeks of use. The leather part is fine but without the elastic it is not of much use.
