Small pieces. Lot of pepper, but that's what I prefer.

I made a mistake and ordered this instead of my regular W&#@ Bills.I tried to give it a fair shake but it's just not great. Flavor is ok. But texture is way off. I emptied the 1lb bag into my regular canning jar and in doing to, my hands are covered in grease.I'm not sure who writes the scale, but "Premium (as stated on the package) this is not.My hands look like I just changed my oil

This jerky is super inconsistent. Last bag I bought was dry and delicious and had a very strong pepper flavor. This time it was beyond greasy(literally dripping with grease) and flavor isn’t right. Also it’s super fatty which jerky shouldn’t have any fat at all(it turns rancid) if you get a batch that’s dry it’s amazing but out of the 4 or 5 times I’ve gotten it 2 times it was dry and 3 times it was like this. Unacceptable

Love the taste. Black pepper hot is my favorite!
