I asked the seller specifically if these markers worked on "chalkboard painted walls." Their response was "of course, that is the perfect surface." Well...these markers stained my chalkboard painted wall HORRIBLY. I have tried everything to get them off. My daughter used them and I tried within ONE hour to wash them off and NOPE. The wall is ruined. I even tried using coke to wash them off because I read that might work. I am SO upset because I am now going to have to try to repaint another layer on the wall to try to cover them. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!

I buy packages of chalk markers on a regular basis for my staff to use on daily menu specials and I just happened to be in this weekend, needing to write something for myself .... 5 (FIVE!) of the 12 markers were completely dried up and unusable. My staff informed me that they arrived this way. The markers that were still somewhat functional worked to write a single letter and would then need to be pumped again to get the liquid flowing (coming out in a puddle and ruining the sheet). This was a complete waste of money (these things aren't cheap) and I absolutely will not be purchasing the brand ever again.

I was so excited to find these, for several different reasons. First off the print point is pretty broad. They do send extra ones, plus a tool to help change them. Like paint markers, once you get the ink to the tip after pumping it, it seems it all runs at once then you have a liquid mess. I was hoping it would take the place of my chalk pencils I use on "occasions" sign which are way too light. Maybe someone more craft talent could think of many reasons. I'll sell them to you, cheap~~?~ LOL

I am truly disappointed in this product. Everyday I write on my little chalkboard a positive message to my kids before they go off to school. I was tired of using plain white chalk, wanted to spruce it up with some colors. Well the problem, these chalk markers do not erase easily, not with water or even windex. my little board is ruined. Maybe brillo! Not happy.

They worked well when I bought them, but 4 months later when I went back to use them they are dried out.

These liquid chalk markers did not work for me. It was very difficult to get them to flow at all. I tried on numerous chalkboard surfaces without any luck. Ended up throwing them away. I would not recommend them.
