It has a lot of sweetener in it but it was not noted in the the nutrition and ingredients list. I didn't send it into the lab but because I'm on a strict diet. I can tell the difference I couldn't eat it. I eat avocados, avocado spread all the time. This product would be great if they kept it more pure. But in a more pure form, it can sometimes taste a little more bitter for people who don't eat avocados much. It, it tasted much for avocados.I thought it'd be like a guacamole or avocado crushed, with salt. But it's made to be like an avocado jelly for jelly sandwiches.

Doesn't even deserve a single star rating! The product (packed only a month back, and stated to expire 10 months onwards!) is inedibly bitter; bordering on something like a 'food poison'. Had to discard the full bottle, with total loss of its purchase-cost. Don't risk/blunder buying it (even to try & find out what it tastes like), as I definitely know what an Avocado-derived dip/spread ought to be like.Absolute warning against procuring this item, which ought to be investigated and simply banned ⚠️🚫❎
