For customers with a phone (and case) that is just a bit too tight for this pouch here is what I did: Cut a piece of wood (I used window/door trim) about 1/8" longer than the phone and about the same width and thickness. Bevel the ends of the wood to remove sharp corners. Slide that in the pouch and heat the leather and elastic on the ends with a heat gun or hair dryer to stretch the material. I also tapped on the ends with a small hammer also to stretch or stress relieve the material. Phone fit perfect when I got done.

This case worked very well for my new phone. What I liked about it - The dimensions were very accurate and I was able to fit my new ZTE Grand X4 (With an additional protective case installed!) into it.  ZTE Grand X 4 Z956 Case, Kaleidio [Stealth Hybrid] 2-Piece Protective Heavy Duty Dual Layer Anti-Shock Cover w/ Kickstand [Includes a Overbrawn Prying Tool] [Black/Green ] Snug, but then again, I expected it to be. Another nice feature is there are TWO magnets that hold the case flap securely. (One on each side). For the money, this will work out just fine. My only complaint is about the elastic "connection" between the two sides. There's very little "give" to this, as there's very little elastic material available allowing expansion to occur. I wish there was more "give" as the case really does not open wide. This makes removing the phone more of a "pushing out" than reaching for it. To be fair - a lot has to do with the case I have on. So really... this case is something I would purchase again.

******UPDATE******UPDATE******UPDATEI purchased this 5 weeks ago. Since the clip was pretty much useless I had to use the belt loops. This is such a pain, because one has to remove the belt to take off the holster. After, only, 5 weeks the loops began to rip out of the holsters back side (see image). I would not buy this again.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I ended up purchasing 4 horizontal holsters to fit my Asus ZenFone AR (not all at once. I purchased subsequent holsters as the previous purchases failed to be truly XL, for the latest iteration of jumbo phones). Two of the holsters claimed to be XL. They might have been extra large 4 years ago. They both fit my Samsung Galaxy S4, easily. However, they were way too small for the ZenFone.I have this holster a 3 star rating, because the belt clip is made of some soft metal. I clipped it to my belt and shortly it stopped being a good clip and became a bent clip. The clip no longer had a tight grip. While sitting down the holster popped off my belt. The last holster, from Nite Ize, had the best belt clip, I have previously had. It was made with a heavy plastic, with a protruding lip to stop the holster from coming off the belt (sadly, they do not offer a holster that fits my ZenFone)I'm not sure about the durability of the material, time will tell.The other holsters, due to low cost, I am not returning. Chalk it up to the cost of education.

Purchased the AIScell Pouch after the first pouch I purchased was too narrow. The AIScell is a good fit for the Note 9 with Ringke Fusion backside case.The Note 9 is way big phone, so pulling it out of the holster takes more effort than my previous Sony Z1 compact. The AIScell's metal clip that slip over the belt has already expanded from the few times I've taken the Note 9 out of the holster. threading my belt through the holster's back loops and the clip make the holster more secure, and there's more to pull against to remove the Note 9 from the holster. I'm not excited about the extra time needed to secure the belt holster, and loosing the easy on/off a more secure belt clip would provide.

Note 9 with Spec protective case fits fine (a little tight at first) and 8 cards. Hard to beat for $12. My first one lasted me a year and a half just using the center "slip over my belt" clip. When that finally ripped out I was still able to start lacing my belt through the 2 sewn loops but I didn't like it because I'd have to undo my belt if I needed to take it off so I order a 2nd one to replace it. I carry 8 cards in it and love that the card pocket is not on the outside easy to steal like most other brands.

This pouch is generous enough to hold my Galaxy A50 with room to spare. It has an opening in the bottom to let you easily push the phone up from the bottom. The top flap has a magnet closure which feels secure. There are openings on both ends so you can plug in a charger cable. If you phone is still blessed with a headset jack, you can plug the headset in and listen to your phone while the phone is still in the case. There is a little pocket inside the case where one could carry cards, license or even cash.The material looks and feels good. The construction seems pretty durable.

Very tight fit for a Note 9 with the back half of Otterbox case (unlike description)! Such a tight fit you will need at least one and a half minutes to two minutes to release phone and answer. Set your voicemail accordingly! I have to amend my response. It turns out Verizon will not let you alter the ring time (30 seconds) before a call goes to voicemail.

I love the case but it doesn't fit my phone with small phone case I have on it so in order to use I need to shove the phone into the case and struggle to get it out. I'm not going to bother sending it back it will cost to do that also so I'll just see if someone will buy it from me.

Works with hybrid spigen case on my note 4, and by works I mean just. As advertised, price is reasonable, can't really complain. Not a super fan of the clip or belt loop mechanism. I know belt cases are goofy looking but would like to keep phone our of my pocket and as far away from my boys as possible.

I bought 2 of these so as to have a backup in case one failed. Frankly, I am glad I did. Within 6 weeks both were torn and useless.

Flap bulky. I cut it off. But I needed a big holster for my note 4 with a case, and this works

It doesn't fit with the Samsung Note 3 inside Otterbox as it stated, I bought it for nothing.
