Okay so, I have fat fingers. When I go to try on rings at most stores they don’t fit. These however do fit so that great. I also have hella anxiety and am constantly ripping my cuticles nails etc these REALLY help with that. They kept my fingers and hands busy so I don’t pick my nails but are quiet and small enough that I can use them anywhere without causing a scene or distraction. The only thing wrong with them is the metal feels very cheap wish it was better quality metal but they’re functional and they do really help me so all in all I love them.

I often feel anxious especially in crowds and am always fidgeting with my hands or rings these are perfect and help a lot! They feel durable and have held up to me constantly twisting them so far lol

Got these for my daughter who has severe anxiety and she loves to wear multiple rings daily. She was so happy and excited when she opened these she almost cried, I guess she had been wanting them yet I didn’t even know they existed until I seen them on Amazon & the price was just right. She says these rings don’t cause any discoloration or discomfort like a lot of her other rings she has and the little fidgety parts help her anxiousness. Helpful and stylish!

Ring is true to size (ordered an 8.)Build up is expected as it is a ring on your hands all day. Washing it with a small bristle brush makes the ring spin like new again.They definitely are a great fidget ring and many people have asked where I got them!

They are little bit louder than I would like but for the price, I think it is worth it.These rings have been a great distraction and anxiety tool during the hard times.They are also just good to use if you fidget.I hope new designs could be in the near future...?

it helps!! when my child feels nervous or anxious (especially during tests), these are helpful for her and the convenience of it being a ring makes it easy so she doesn't have to carry it in her pocket or purse.

First experience with anxiety rings, and while there are some areas that are printed beautifully...after 15 minutes the thinnest one jammed (light jingle got even louder and became high-pitched squeak, like nails on chalkboard) and lost it's easy spin too (not sure if that's a fluke though). And after playing with the moon/sun ring for awhile I noticed that some of the "stars" weren't well printed (or maybe rubbed off?). Even with the one I didn't try on though (see in the plastic bag), it's clear that on all three rings there are some rough/scuffed looking edges. It's possibly whatever alloy these rings are made of is what's to blame.The sizing was accurate though and I enjoyed the basic feel of it on my finger (not moving). The bigger banded one kept spinning for as long as I tested it (in a single day of trying it).

Better quality than I expected for the price. And since you get several of them you can share. My college student loved the surprise for Christmas and even shared one with her grandma.
