Very good vitamin
I have always used one a day and was happy with it. I purchased this advantage Multi Vitamins and was very pleased with how it is helping me. I can tell a difference in my energy level and well being. I plan on using this product again.

I have been taking these for years
I believe in supplements and these have all of the required daily percentages of what I need and do not get through my diet. IMO the right thing to take to ensure your body has what it needs to be as healthy as you can be.

Good and no heartburn
We like these. Some other brands are hard to digest or produce heartburn but these do not. We take them with juice for better vitamin absorption

Finally a vitamin for those of us that don't have time to swallow a handful of vitamins and just do one. This One A Day Vitamin will address those issues for those of us who are not 21 anymore. We don't eat like we should but at least there is a company who helps us fill in those daily requirements. Why spend a bundle of money on specialized vitamins when one will do.
