Great book!
I love Debbie Macomber! I have SO many of these books, it's ridiculous, but I do love them. They never get old to me. I read them over and over and keep buying more! I am very satisfied with the seller and would highly recommend them! I would use them again. You can't go wrong here! Really really good buy! I hope this review was helpful to you.

Very Entertaining!
Typical Debbie Macomber book, taking issues in real life and including them into a love story. I'd read Christmas Basket as a separate book years ago but it was good to read again as part of this small anthology. Both stories are well written, captivate the reader, and gets you into the holiday spirit.

Fun Holiday stories
Both of these short stories are fun Christmas reads. The light hearted love stories make for easy reading during the holiday season. The Snow Bride was fun to read as you consider the cold Alaskan weather. The feuding moms in The Christmas Basket create havoc for their children. Enjoyable Holiday Romances!

I love reading Debbie Macomber's books
I love reading Debbie Macomber's books, butt what does that have to do with your "feedback" on the Essiac Tea, Iodine supplement or the Hydrogen peroxide food grade? I just started using these products yesterday so I do not have an opinion as yet. But, I will, maybe by next week. In the mean time I wish you would put directions on the Iodine and Hydrogen Peroxide food.

Another slow start but I loved every page. Now I want to know how everything turned out. Is there another book in this series.

Perfect for a snowy night in
This book actually contains two stories that were originally published as gift hardbacks - The Christmas Basket and The Snow Bride .***The Christmas Basket***There has been a feud between the matriarchs of the McDowell and Sutton families for years, one that was made worse when Noelle McDowell and Thomas Sutton planned to elope ten years ago - before Thomas jilted her. Noelle has avoided returning to Rose, Oregon since then but now her younger sister is getting married she is returning for Christmas. Noelle thought her feelings for Thom were all in the past, but a chance meeting gives them a second chance at love.I really enjoyed this story! The characters were well developed, and the past circumstances that gave rise to the story are gradually revealed which helps add tension to the story. The clashes between the two mothers, Sarah and Mary, are absolutely hilarious, and being able to see from both Noelle and Thom's perspectives helps the story flow. I also loved how the story doesn't always take the obvious path, giving rise to some twists and turns.Plot: 5/5Characters: 5/5Ending: 5/5Enjoyment: 5/5***The Snow Bride***Jenna Campbell has always been responsible, but after meeting Dalton Gray in a poetry chatroom she's decided to take a chance and fly up to Alaska to meet him. However her seatmate Reid Jamison decides to kidnap her in order to save her from herself, and the next thing Jenna knows she's stuck in tiny Snowbound, Alaska with a massive blizzard about to blow into town. This is the story I brought the book for as it sounded like a cheesy but cheerful Christmas read. It's definitely cheerful and Christmassy, but not cheesy. The lead characters Jenna and Reid are amazing, but their story is given real depth by the supporting characters who also live in Snowbound and Jenna's scatty LA-based mother. The romance is well-developed and not of the standard leap-in-to-bed kind, and the gradual emotional developments between Reid and Jenna are sweet and well-paced.Plot: 5/5Characters: 5/5Ending: 5/5Enjoyment: 5/5*********************************************************************************************************Both stories are short and sweet (the whole book is only 370 pages) and are perfect Christmas reads. The only thing that lets this book down is it's cover which just isn't up to the standard of the stories.Cover: 6/10Overall: 46/50 The Christmas BasketThe Snow Bride

Lovely winter story
Two stories in one, both rom-coms and not very taxing on the brain - are they ever. Gentle reads and full of humour - sometimes subtle, sometimes not so. I probably enjoyed the Snow Bride more than The Christmas Basket ( - although this was good), the characters were great - I particularly enjoyed Addie and Palmer - subtle comedy. The relationship between Jenna and Reid was good to see develop and Chloe (Jenna's mother) and Pete - well, this was priceless, I'll not give it away but I had a real laugh out loud moment.Debbie Macomber writes several stories in a similar vein - easy but enjoyable reads.

Enjoyable festive reads
I really enjoyed both these stories, Although they are ultimately romance stories, they are some truly comics moments in both books. In The Christmas basket, the long suffering husbands of the squabbling mothers are ace. and in The snow Bride Addy and Palmer are a real pair of comic charmers. If you enjoy light hearted romance with a touch of comedy, I'm sure you'll love both these stories.
