Recently Portland, OR had record snowfall and many motorists abandoned their cars along highways and city streets because they could not get traction. Some people opted to sleep in their cars. This got me thinking about the need for an emergency kit in my car. Having some sort of device that charges my phone so I can call for help, or at least be found partially frozen in my vehicle, seemed important. A friend recommended this charger so I gave it a try. It is perfect. Not only does it use solar to charge my phone, but it also has a flashlight and blue charging lights to indicate it is working. It is now packed in my emergency kit along side some bottled water, trail mix and a first aid kit. If you are looking for a versatile charging tool, this is a great option.

I love this solar charger. It is very sturdy and charges everything from my phone to iPad. Great for camping. Also used for a power outage. Package was a bit crushed when I got it but product was just fine.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it!!! He works outside and he needed a way to keep his phone on him all day. This solar charger has saved him so much time! I purchased this for a cruise. I figured it would be great to have sitting pool side. Unfortunately it wasn’t sunny enough to charge. I hoped with a bit of sun that it would charge, even it if took long but nope. The clip it has is great to hang on bag and it’s light weight.

Do not buy this charger it ruins whatever you plug into it! This charger is not what it says it is. It does not charge anything or take charge from the solar panel. I plugged it into a Bluetooth speaker and it did not charge it at all. Now the speaker won’t take a charge from the wall charger it came with. It ruined my speaker! I am very very dissatisfied! Do not buy this.

This is a great product at a great deal. I bought this unit because my husband and I like camping, so many products that u buy nowadays require charging via a USB port, and this is excellent I have charged my phone many times with this unit, used the flashlight which works great. I have even charged my phone on this unit while I had it attached to my loop on my pants, while I was talking on my phone. So that both were charging at the same time. I love this solar charger, so happy I purchased it.

Charges my phone to maybe 40% before its dead and the solar panel is a joke. But, it's 20 bucks, so I guess you can't complain too much.
