My husband thought I was crazy buying a mattress for our guest room, sight unseen. Well, I hate to brag, but I was right! Great mattress, so comfortable. I'm a side/back sleeper, tried it out and slept like a baby. An FYI-It can't be put on a regular box spring. It needs a box spring suited for this mattress. Both reasonably priced. Delivered to my door, no assembly! PERFECT!

This was a smart buy. It unrolled & expanded fast, no smell. my husband slept on it for a week before he said ‘I don’t guess we need a new mattress- what did you do to fix it?’ 😉

This mattress comes rolled up and requires 24 to 48 hours to completely inflate or reshape once opened. Surprisingly comfortable, much better than I expected! Soft but also firm enough to support my back.

A mattress in a box. What will they think of next? Yes, echoing the others about being cautious when removing the plastic wrappings. Once I got to that final layer that baby was ready to bust out all over. Thanks to all the warnings I was able to avoid being face-smacked in the process.I let the mattress breathe for about 3 days and then started sleeping on it. This a decent mattress. Moderately firm but comfortable. I'm happy with it.

The top liner has a proper cushioning to provide more comfort. You might hear some spring noise at the edges but that is obvious with every mattress as it’s the tensile strength of steel which makes it obvious.*****Customer experience *Updated Customer support did responded with all the assistance required and went more than willingness to sort my issues which lead to ordering another mattress which suited my needs .
