Very fun!
This is great. I have the owl and the eagle. The owl is a better flyer but, both work.We had to retie a few knots until we got the right knots. We had to move them a few times to get them out from under trees I had no idea they could reach. They make me happy every day.We have had them for about a month.

Great Results - ScareGull
Update: String broke and bird blew away.Initial Review: The day I carried this down to my pier the small birds were chattering at me because they didn’t like it. The ducks have swam around my pier but stayed clear and check out the photo. The seagulls are thick on my neighbors’ boat lift canopies but mine is clear with no bird droppings!!Great flight action and durable in strong winds.

They work until they dont
Bought two kites, in less than a week both kites lost the plastic poles that keep their structures. One kite tore completely where the plastic pole enters. They work great until they don't work at all lol… the poles coming out can be fixed by adding super glue to the ends of the plastic poles before entering them into the kite, however the tearing is not fixable.Considering they are meant to be in the wind they should probably be able to withstand the wind.

NO MORE Geese!
This may be the best product I’ve ever purchased thru Amazon. We not longer have green stuff on our sneakers because the geese are petrified of it. It looks so real when it’s flying around. I’m just ticked I didn’t think of this product first. Wicked great product!

I was Skeptical but this has been a god send
The media could not be loaded. This kite is amazing. We were losing a chicken or two a day to Hawks after the leaves all fell off and the weather started to stay cold and cloudy. I purchased this in October and it has been flying without issue since. We needed a solution. Out of the box this was entirely too short for our needs in Western Pennsylvania, however, I had a fly fishing pole and a section of hurricane fence top rail, along with a 3 foot length of rebar, so I was able to extend the height to well over 20 feet getting it both up high enough that it did not freak out the chickens, and so that it keeps the smaller predators away.I am trying to say, this thing is great, but you need a bit more equipment to make it absolutely awesome. You can get the extra fly fishing rod on Amazon as well, just search for B&M Blk Widow 5 Sect 16.5 Rigged' - BW5RR and that may be enough for you. Otherwise your local hardware store will have the top rail and the rebar for another probably close to $50 investment.I would say it is very durable because it survived a very cold and wet winter here. It flies super easily with the slightest breeze and I have seen it flying really high and taut in really tough winds. I was initially unsure if it would be worth the money but since it has now protected my chickens for half a year, and since I got it rigged up high enough, I have not lost a single bird; it is absolutely a good value for the money.

Best thing to deter birds
Hands-down, the best deterrent I’ve found for my backyard to get rid of the birds pooping all over everything. I am on my second one in about six months, but I think the effectiveness is worth every penny.

It’s beautiful but…
The pole is not sturdy enough to hold up to winds. Winds are necessary for kite to fly and to be effective at deterring pest birds.Kite is very effective in winds and wings flutter nicely. In order to use, however, the pole broke completely. Trying another one, but my hopes are not high. Perhaps fans will be required when winds are not present. Will probably return for refund.

It’s a lot taller than I thought- which is great!
The media could not be loaded. Easy to put together and flys! This is my last ditch effort to get rid of this wood pecker 🤬
