Got this for my boss
Got this for my boss and he likes it, it's a small trophy that will look great on a desk or a top of a bookshelf case.

Fun little trophy
I'm happy with the trophy overall. My only complaint is that the custom placard was glued ever so slightly crooked. Not a huge problem, but I noticed it right away. Luckily my "best boss" is cool and doesn't pay attention to little problems like that. If he did I would have been fired long before this trophy!
