Great Alarm very loud
This is a great alarm quite loud and easy to configure and install.Battery life is average depending on how much the alarm is activated and for how long the sound keeps on going.Remote has decent distance and works without problem most of the time. Definitely the best alarm of its kind out there.Definitely recommend, does the job!

Excellent value
The remote control fob is top notch and sturdy. Alarm is loud and has no delay time, so it triggers as soon as motion is detected. Fantastic product for garage/shed. Not recommended for indoor use where children and pets may be present.

Works perfectly but could be louder.
Setup is easy. Remote works well at a distance. Does what it says, just not loud enough for my planned application.

Good value for money
I use this to as a movement sensor for my elderly Mum. It is a brilliant little device. No need to wall mount if that is difficult, just place it on a nearby set of draws or a shelf for example and point towards the area for monitoring. Wide beam ensures great coverage.

Great concept but unreliable.
I really liked this motion detector for the interior of my home, so after buying one, I bought several more. However, two of them stopped working after just one month. And no, it's not the batteries.

Does not do anything it's supposed to do.
My catalytic converter was stolen from my pickup in my driveway. Bought this alarm to combat any future thefts. Claims it works out to 8 meters (25 feet), but only works out 4 feet. Installed on my garage wall, but never detected anyone until 4 feet away. After looking for other spots, I ended up mounting the unit on a small board and placing it on top of my front tire, under the fender, aimed straight out. My thought was that anyone approaching my converter would have to pass right in front of the passenger tire, so that's where I put it. Had my dog walk in front of it to make sure it wasn't going to be set off by the neighborhood cats, had my son walk in front of it to test, everything was great. Went back in the house, 15 minutes later the alarm went off. I went out finding nothing and reset it. 15 minutes later it went off again. This time I reset and camped out in a lawn chair to watch. 15 minutes later it went off again, and absolutely NOTHING passed anywhere near it. There was no wind, no animals, no passing people or cars. No reason for the alarm to sound at all.Gave up, turned it off, and boxed it up to return. Total waste of time and effort.

Loud Little Guy!
I'm housesitting for some friends, and they don't have an alarm system, so coming from a high-crime city, my paranoid self got this for security. It works well, and it's LOUD. It also comes with a remote, so you can arm and disarm it from your bed.Added a door jam bar as a second line of defense. If they get through that, I have a P-90 to end the story.I really need to move to the country.

UPDATED REVIEW: Company Did the Right Thing, But I Still Can't Recommend the Alarm
UPDATE: I previously gave a 5-Star review, then a 1-Star review when the alarms failed in a short while. I didn't ask for a refund, but the company saw the review and took it upon themselves to give me a full refund for the two alarms I bought. I thought that was very gracious of them...quite an upstanding thing to do. I still don't feel I can recommend the alarm because I and several other reviewers felt it failed much too quickly. But in consideration of the refund, I am giving another star for the company's action on this issue.OLD 1-Star Review:I bought two of these motion-sensing alarms in Feb 2023 and gave them a 5-star review. I've retracted that one and am now giving them a 1-star rating and review. As other reviewers have noted, they ate batteries and were rendered unusable. Here's what I experienced: These come with a USB charging cord. One assumes that's what powers them. Yet they require three AAA batteries. I assumed that was for a light that goes off when the alarm is triggered. After using them for two months, they started beeping three times. The instructions don't describe this, so I was baffled as to why. Plugged them into the USB overnight. Beeping started again. Tried replacing the batteries. That worked for a few days. Started beeping again. Tried USB charging them for two whole days. Worked for a few days. Beeping started again. No answer from manufacture or other Amazon customers with any help. Tried USB charging again. Worked for a couple of days. Started beeping again. I will not continue to waste batteries. They are going in the trash. DON'T BUY THEM! If you do, I assure you that, like I was, you will be disappointed. Money thrown in the trash...just like I am doing with the alarms.
