Product support from Fiona Lee at Safevant Service was very good. My NVR unit failed about a month after installation, and I was out of town for an additional month. When I contacted her by email, we agreed that we would troubleshoot the unit when I returned.After I returned, we tried numerous times to get it to start again, but always it would just go through its start up cycle and then give error message.Finally I asked for the unit to be replaced. After several exchanges of verification including pictures of the screen and finally a short video, she agreed that the unit should be replaced.A replacement unit was sent out, and is now installed and is working fine. I am hoping that this one will last.Throughout all of this process, Fiona was always quick to respond to emails and always was very polite and friendly. She did a good job of endeavoring to make this a pleasant experience.ADD TO REVIEW 6-24-19After a year of working well, the NVR somehow "locked up" and would only display the System Initializing screen. I tried rebooting by disconnecting everything, but no help. I sent an email to Safevant asking for help. I received a return email from Melody at the Safevant Customer Service Team who gave me the specific steps to reboot, and offered further help if that did not work. Well, it DID work, and all is well again. I do have to say that their support has been helpful twice now.Add to Review 8-2-19Product developed the same problem, so I emailed Safevant again. Received quick response again from Melody who asked for version info so that she could send me a firmware upgrade. I sent it, and she sent the firmware. Was very easy to install. We'll see how long it lasts................ However, very fast responses from Melody at support.

I bought the 4 channel 1080P wireless camera and they work great except I couldn't get it to work on my iphone, I email the company and before the day was over they text me and solved my problem. I'm very happy with the cameras and the great customer service that I received.

Great Features, 1,2,3 easy installation & setting.

Waited almost 9 months to give accurate review. DO NOT PURCHASE.If you are in need of wireless video, it will not work. I have a detached garage and set 3 cameras up about 75-90 feet away from the router with one exterior wall in the path. I have the highest internet package and these cameras almost never have signal. The “live feed” skips 10-20 seconds at a time.If you plan to use these indoors, or directly outside your window within 10 feet of the router, then the may work for you. I have tried a couple different extenders as well, just not worth the time or money.

This item worked was fairly easy to install and did an adequate job but lasted only a few weeks past one year. For the price paid I feel it should have lasted longer.

being wireless, the cameras consume a huge amount of bandwidth, and make all our other internet based devices non functioning. Like VOIP phones.

Camera’s have performed as advertised and have met expectations. Night vision is great and covers field of view. The connection dongle for direct connect and initializing with the system is a wth, but not a hinderence to operations. Software is not slick, but really you only need it to review footage after set up and it wasn’t complicated to set up. Remote viewing has been great with pinch to zoom feature and live monitoring with no real lag in footage or FPS.Good buy. Affordable all in one, straight forward DYI system for home monitoring. Considering you can easily spend $500 for a single camera, this does the job.
