Very nice!!
Exactly as described. Good price, excellent quality, fast ship. Box had nearly opened in shipping, but all was good. No damage, or broken glass lid. With a few stripes of tape it would have been perfect.I'd def shop again.

Nice frying pan
I wanted a 10 inch frying pan to replace my old one. One feature is plus and a minus. The handle gets hotand the plus is that it can be put in the oven. The minus is that you have to use a pot holder when its hot.It would be nice if the supplier offered an optional heat-proof slip off silicone sleeve, so you can have the best of both options.

Excellent Quality
I love this pan. I have slowly added this particular brand. Wanted to cook with it for awhile and it is an excellent product. At this point I have 3 of their pans and all are doing well and used daily.....no sticking, easy to clean, definitely no scratches. I only use silicone or plastic utensils in the pans and treat them with all the love and care they deserve.

Great pan overall.
Picked up this pan based on a family recommendation. Been using it for about a year, probably 3 times a week. It has held up great and still maintains its nonstick. I did accidentally brush a fork across the bottom and it instantly scratched it so do NOT use any metal in it. Make sure to get a nice set of silicone utinsels. It is starting to show some discoloration on the bottom which is not uncommon after extended use. I suspect at some point the nonstick will start to fail. I ended up getting a matching pot which also performs well. One complaint is that the pot has a high point in the middle, not sure if that is intentional but what it causes is for sauces to spread to the outer ring. Not a big deal since I am usually stiring all the time anyways (see pic). But thus would be my reason for the slight star deduction.

Perfect large non-stick pan.
This pan is perfect for making dishes that call for lots of liquid ingredients like chicken Vindaloo, crawfish etoufee or even James Beard's famous Forty Eight Clove chicken recipe. It's deep enough to keep whatever you are making from sloshing out and it has two handles to make easy to lift from the burner and it has a tight fitting cover.

nicely browns meatballs
2.5” tall walls and flat bottom…no slope like a wok. Clear glass lids has steam vent. Metal handle is long so my hand doesn’t have to be close to the heat but pan does go from stovetop to oven. Seems fairly scratch resistant but I still use silicon utensils in case

The pan chipped and is now possibly dangerous
I bought this pan 8 months ago and have NEVER used anything abrasive on it. It chipped a few weeks ago and now the layer below the surface is showing. This may be potentially dangerous. I cannot seem to find the contact info for the seller to return this, given that they state that they have a 100% warranty. I like the pan, but I am not happy with the reliability.

Great pan, but received dent on lid
I tried out this pan yesterday and it is AWESOME! But as I washed the lid I noticed water retaining between glass and metal! I then noticed a slight dent on the lid. If I make a pot roast or soup, I will have the liquid seep through the lid and glass and that is not good! Luckily I have a lid that fits perfectly and I will be keeping the pan. I'd rate it a 5 star if I didn't receive the pan with the dented lid.
